Terms and Conditions

Kamaion is an online platform that connects freelancers who require assistance ("Freelancers") with students or individuals willing to complete delegated tasks ("Student Assistants").

The purpose of the platform is to allow freelancers to delegate smaller tasks or portions of their work to Student Assistants in exchange for payment.

Kamaion operates solely as an intermediary platform that facilitates connections and transactions between users. Kamaion does not supervise, manage, or control the tasks performed through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, partnership, or agency between Kamaion and any user of the platform.

Users must be at least 13 years of age to access or use the Kamaion platform.

Users between the ages of 13 and 17 must have the permission and consent of a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or participating in any activity on the platform.

By registering or using Kamaion, users confirm that they meet these eligibility requirements and, where applicable, have obtained the required parental consent.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account
• Use the platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes
• Interact with other users in a respectful and professional manner
• Refrain from any activity that may harm the platform or other users

Users must not:

• Post illegal, fraudulent, or inappropriate tasks
• Harass, exploit, or abuse other users
• Misrepresent their identity or qualifications
• Attempt to bypass the platform in order to avoid applicable service fees

Kamaion reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Freelancers may delegate tasks through the platform, and Student Assistants may choose to accept and complete such tasks.

All task details, including scope, expectations, timelines, and deliverables, are the responsibility of the users involved.

Kamaion does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completion of any task performed through the platform.

Payments on Kamaion operate through the following process:

1. Freelancers submit payment to Kamaion for the delegated task.
2. Kamaion temporarily holds the payment while the task is being completed.
3. After the task has been completed and confirmed, Kamaion releases payment to the Student Assistant.

Kamaion charges the following platform fees:

• 15% commission deducted from the Student Assistant's earnings
• 5% service fee charged to the Freelancer

These fees are applied per transaction to support the operation, maintenance, and development of the platform.

Kamaion reserves the right to modify or adjust the commission percentage and service fees at its discretion. Any such changes may be implemented at any time and will apply to future transactions conducted on the platform.

Users acknowledge that task engagements occur independently between Freelancers and Student Assistants.

Kamaion does not employ users and does not act as an employer, contractor, or agent for any party involved in a task.

Kamaion operates solely as a platform facilitating connections between users.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kamaion shall not be held responsible or liable for any disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising from:

• Task agreements between Freelancers and Student Assistants
• Failure to complete tasks
• Unsatisfactory work results
• Payment disagreements or misunderstandings between users
• Conduct or actions of any user on the platform

Users engage with the platform and with other users at their own discretion and responsibility.
